It would seem that the Wolfe family has been so busy tending the needs of young miss Nora that they have wholly forgotten to clean out our water dish. Sure, it is a technological wonder with its recycling action and filter, but it hardly removes all the dirt from the water. At this very moment, there are no less than three dead insects floating where we drink. Granted, they are very small insects, and they are trapped in a constant eddy near the suction point of the recycling pump.
Until this matter is resolved, I intend to partake of the tub faucet water. It’s always cold and always clean. The only drawback is that it isn’t always flowing. I once again have to rely on a break in the child-rearing duties of Mr. and Mrs. Wolfe before I can quench my thirst.
