Busy busy busy. posted in home improvement, nora
Needless to say, the last few days have been a flurry of activity. Most of it revolving around little Nora. Diapers, laundry, feeding, burping, swaddling, napping, diapers, feeding, burping, laundry, napping, swaddling, diapers, etc.
When I haven’t been helping with the baby, I’ve been tackling various jobs around the house and yard. Yesterday, I cleaned up the weeds and washout around the back-alley garbage bin, as well as scrub down a year’s worth of dirt from the grill. I also refilled the propane tank and shopped for odds and ends that we needed for Nora.
This morning, I got to work replacing the leaky bathtub faucet. Only 20 minutes! The father-in-law and I just got back from a short shopping spree where we picked up some expandable window screens, a 5 cubic feet freezer (for food and snacks), new house numbers, and a plant for Sarah’s garden.
